Having owned properties in the past, I decided to make a career change away from extensive business travel and chose to get back into investment properties anchoring myself back into the Northland of Kansas City.  Being a 30-year Kansas City Metro resident I know the area and see the opportunity for a better way of managing properties with Principles.
